The sun comes up and I'm all washed up

-Is this what mao was talking about

School is almost done and I'm in the same pickle I'm in every semester. All the lectures, labs and quizzes I've missed have got me scurrying around trying to get my grades up at the end. Also forcing me to do something I didn't do all year.. Study. Every class should have been an easy A, according to mao, but he's right. Now I pour on the charm to the teachers, then add some whine and wisdom and I still might come out 4.0. or at least 3.7. and that was while drinking...Heavily. Which leads me to believe maybe I drink just enough to be over the hump. People always tell me that I never act drunk, but lately I notice I forget things, become lazy and sometimes just crazy. Was mao right again? I don't know. The cb queen doesn't drink that often and she's not really that bright. Also she drinks and gets ridiculous. There's really nothing left to do but keep drinking I imagine.

I write more for you shauna, and spell check it

New boss in Town
anyone that knows their omaha history knows that in the early 1900's omaha was ruled by a man named Tom Dennison. He was an irishman with no education except being a gambler. He ran just about all the organized crime in the area. To get who he wanted elected he would pay people in cb to come over and vote in omaha elections by giving them false addresses. He was blamed for race riots, gambling, whore housery, and just about anything else in the city. Now one hundred years later there's a new boss in town. His name is the Iowa West Foundation. But prohibition will not be enough to stop this guy. Your paying him. I really wouldn't have a problem with them except they are trying to take my ranch. So think about it next time you want to go lose money, your paying them for gambling, whore housery, setting up elections(you know hannifan is on the take) and your also paying them to make me homeless. Thanks Jerks.

Logan and Troy tending the Koi pond. Posted by Hello
Here is mom and Shellster. The BBQ was mostly a birthday party for Shellster. She was rockin' her temporary tat' on the guns.  Posted by Hello

The torches were lit, the party pretenders went home, and the real party began. It didn't end until 4:30 AM. Posted by Hello

Sunny Bunny Feeling

What's up friends. I'm finally back to school after over a week break. This in my estimation was just one of those every quarter century illness. I seriously thought I was going into my next life. First, I had some vomitus then a nasty cough and sore throat, then a period where I slept for twenty hours a day, then came the fever, then came the chills and finally, it felt like a family of cockroaches nested in my middle ear, which also made me lose my voice. But now I got my core temp. back up and I'm ready to berbaque. (I know you told me to spell check Shauna but that's how I wanted to spell it). The first Q of the summer will be on Saturday, many pictures will follow on this and sister web site. Lets start where we last left.

Quote of the Day:
-"remember you were saying something about Xenon being a gas"-40 year old lady in class

-"of course I'll have a chip on my shoulder being in the nursing field, I can see my feet when I look down"--anonymous

Nothing else really to talk about today. Had to clean a corpse yesterday. People that think that's cool and glorify that sort of thing are ridiculous, I almost wanted to get rid of my misfits CD's.

Not being able to talk for a few days, so here's what I wanted to say:

NO Bruce, Jackyl does not suck

Thanks for the help on the koi pond Buck.

Mao, when you did my homework for me the other day I was the only one in class that had it done. He looked at it, set it down and walked away, turned around flipped my note book around all cocky or something and then said it was right but sloppy.

Everybody: Never tell me a secret, you know I can't keep anything to myself. And if it will cause a problem, you know I'll say it.

Shelster: I can't believe your not pumped about the summer Q series. We broke a sweat already getting ready for yours. Anyone interested in going just look for tiki torches burning the way through the dirt and listen for any or all hairbands being rocked and if you watch the news, go to where the guy and his girlfriend were fighting, then another dude got involved, broke a forty and stabbed the other dude in the chest. When you get there go a two blocks and your at my place. Home sweet Home.

Jackyl may be the greatest band ever

-I wouldn't mind being like the pope, buried between two queens
as long as the tombstones weren't labeled C.B.

I can't explain how my musical taste varies with the weather and daily, but this weekend when Buck Wylde and myself went to the used cd shop here's what we came up with: Jackyl-choice cuts(best of), Motorhead(best of) and Tesla-five man acoustical jam. Reading the inside of the jackyl cd, they talked about how much the scene has changed and it will never go back to those days. Driving from town to town, radio stations that actually played what listeners wanted and even promoted cool shows just to gain listeners. With these thoughts in my head listening to the Tesla cd you could almost hear that same sentiment in that concert. Even at the Motorhead show a few weeks ago, Lemmy kept we play rock and roll, and we're a rock and roll band and so forth. Thirty years they've been playing. Not just one summer, playing to venues booked way to big like alien ant farm or Harvey danger probably did. Whats this have to do with anything? This. As you may have heard the Ranch bowl is getting shut down. No one I know is really that up set. In fact Buck and I actually laughed. Even though we've had some great times there, we both know the kind of people that are going to cry over it. The same people that were there when mao was there. Not saying he's old but its the same people hanging out, the same bands with different names. Again, yes they have had some good shows but think about one good show every six months and then months of hot topic employees playing sum 41 covers. thats cool. I know you all have your favorite ranch bowl memories but here are some of mine:
--me throwing a spitter into a crowd of prepubes at a misfits show
--mao actually going to MSI
---Buck Wylde pointing at some kid while puffed up saying "remember that guy"
--Mountain man while puffed ask some kid if he wants to make this interesting
--Mao's ex band mate proposing on stage
---Seeing brody grind on a girl during a show
---seeing brody punk out the mountain man
---the countless phone numbers taken from there year after year
--shaking hands with jerry only
--i'm trying to remember more but i have no long term memory or at least some blockage. Email me some of your favorite times at Pilgrimtroy@yahoo.com or email them to mao, he gets all the emails.
